'Back to Basics'
This massage includes a full back, neck and shoulder massage  including stretches of the neck and shoulder area to release any 'tight' spots. Unlike most 'back' massages which last for only 30 minutes, this massage is a minimum of 45 minutes and will last longer if I feel you have fibrous areas of muscle tissue that need extra work.

'Deep Tissue Massage'
Concentrating on all those areas of congestion and knots and lactic acid built-up in sore muscles. This massage is ideal for people who play sports, have physical jobs or just enjoy a thorough and deep pressure massage.  It covers the knotted back, congested shoulders, tense neck and sore, aching arms. Concludes with a relaxing face and scalp massage for that touch of pampering.

Notes:
Facials
I will need access to a sink for fresh water when removing the masks and for general hand washing. If possible, please bear this in mind when thinking of where you would like your treatment to be held so that privacy and time taken to and from the source of water is not spoiling your treatment. Thank you.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING YOUR TREATMENT:
Please inform me at the time of booking your treatment if you have any of the following conditions:

Verrucae
Wart
Atheletes Foot
Herpes Simplex/Zoster (cold sore virus)
Fungal/Nail infections

I will not be able to carry out reflexology if you have any of the above conditions, so to avoid disappointment on the day, and to save any wasted time, please advise in advance. If you would like a facial but have a cold sore, I can carry out the facial, but the area affected will be avoided along with skin in the area surrounding the inflamed tissue.  For full body massage, the feet/hands will be omitted to avoid cross-infection.
