I had just arrived in 'Le Lot' and after 18 hours in the car, my back and shoulders felt very stiff. After the massage with Julie, I felt as if years of tension had been ironed out of my shoulders, and walking home afterwards, I felt as if I was floating. The massage itself was a really lovely experience, nurturing and relaxing and I felt very pampered. The benefits are still with me almost a week later. Wonderful ! As someone who bought their large, unheated, stone farmhouse in a very poor state of repair three years ago, and is undertaking all the renovation work myself, I suffer aches and pains on a regular basis and often sleep fitfully. After the massage I slept like a log and unusually awoke with no aches! The areas where you used deep pressure do not hurt at all, and it (the massage) was very beneficial.
