Updates - March 2012:

Price Increase:
From the 1st May 2012 I will be increasing the price of all my treatments by 5euro per each individual treatment.  Any gift vouchers currently purchased and used after this date will remain at the original price and will not incur an additional fee (vouchers are valid for one year).

Travel Allowance Fee - IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ
For the past year that Pampering the Lot has been in business I have not charged the additional 5euro fee, per client per treatment, for any of my clients, new and existing, out of my 25km boundary.  However with the cost of fuel being so exorbitant I can no longer afford to travel to areas outside this boundary without charging an additional fee if you prefer me to come to you for your treatments.  So from the 1st April 2012, any of you outside my 25km radius (from my home to yours), please be aware that I will be charging an additional 5 euros onto your treatment price to cover additional costs.  

To avoid confusion and embarrassment on the day of treatment, on both sides, I will be charging an additional 5euros to each person that I carry out a treatment upon, regardless of how many people are at the location to where I  have been asked to visit to do the 'pampering'. I hope you are understanding and support me in this matter as I value your custom and I have held-out in not charging this fee, despite it being one of my 'terms and conditions' for the past year. To date, I have had lots of support and my clients are amongst the most kind and genuine bunch of people I am fortunate to know. Thank you, all of you.

Information:

I travel to you, so you can sit back and relax. However, I have to limit how far I travel as the Lot is a large area! I will travel up to 25km from my home (Vargues).  The price of the treatment includes the cost of travel, however it is at my discretion if I choose to travel the distance you are asking of me (e.g. 23km for one treatment would be the equivalent of up to 2 hours travel time with a return journey, plus treatment & consultation time), meaning only one treatment per half day.  Beyond 25km and to a maximum of 50km (meaning a 100km round trip), I will charge an additional 5 euros onto your treatment (per person), so please bear this in mind if you wish me to come out to you, and please do not be offended when I add this onto your treatment.

Hosting:

Why not be a 'host' for the day. This is where I hold a weekly treatment session (host days are scheduled for Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.  I do not set aside any other days for 'hosting') at the hosts' home and they kindly arrange for another four clients (friends/family) to meet there. I carry out five treatments over the course of the day and the person whose home has been the venue for the treatments, receives their treatment free of charge. There doesn't have to be four other people, providing there are four full paid-for treatments**.  If someone cancels or doesn't show up, then either another treatment will need to be booked by another of the guests, or sadly the 'host' will have to pay for their treatment and miss out on their free treatment. Host days begin by my arrival at 08.45, for a 09.15 start, this ensures smooth running of the day and enables me to allot dedicated time to each individual for all five treatments.
**Combination treatments count as one treatment, not two or a multiple of, as they have one 'price' and are classed as one treatment.

Cancellation & Time Delay

In the event of cancellation, please give me a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you are unable to go ahead with your treatment, otherwise full charge will be made for the treatment.

Cancellation of Host Day must be done with minimum of one weeks' notice. Failure to do so, and with a shorter term notice (one week is 7 days) will result with each client booked on the Host day, along with the Host themselves being charged for their chosen treatment. This is due to one whole day of business being reserved exclusively for this party of people in advance and no other bookings taken to allow for the Host day to take place.

Waiting Time/Time Wasted:

If you are not ready for your treatment once I have prepared the room for your treatment, then any 'waiting' time will be deducted from your treatment.  Likewise, if you are not at home when I arrive for your treatment, you will be invoiced for the full price of your treatment, plus an additional 50% of the treatment price for call-out and time wasted.

Pamper Packages:

Please note, I am only able to perform two packages per day. These packages do not apply to the same 'host' offer as shown opposite.

Treatments are performed using either organic natural oils, organic pre-blended aromatherapy oils, or organic waxes for massage. All products uses in facials are also organic (Lavera range). No medium is used for Reflexology. The clays are natural mineral clays.
